Umfeld/Aufgabe/Skill:
- Consultant Specialist with special know-how for customer applications and components (EWA) is required.
Supplier will provide personnel with the following qualifications and skills to perform the Services:
Process & App Consulting: The offered technical consultant services covers the areas listed below:
• Customer Aftersales “Werkstatt- und Händlerinformationssysteme“
• Customer Aftersales publication and editorial systems
• Publication and distribution processes
• Technical processes for workshops, publication and editorial (Arbeiten&Zeiten, Teile und Service Information)
Within the Customer Aftersales IT environment there are consulting services for the following applications and components offered:
• EWA with the components EWACore, WIS/ASRA, EPC, EWAnAPI installer and manager
• Customer Aftersales Portal
• XentryPortal, XentryConnect
• AWAT Datenspooler
• Stardiagnose Equipment
