Change Management Analyst - contract - English language speaking business working environment
Requirements for the position:
- ITIL certified
- Experience with ITIL processes, especially Change Management and Configuration Management
- Understanding the importance of change records in an operational environment
- Analytical skills in order to investigate trends within the change community
- Writing SQL queries (Oracle 10g, MySQL, SQLite) preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication/interpersonal/presentation skills.
- Fluency in English essential, both written and spoken.
Objective:
The task is to support our Client's Change Management Group with the quality verification of the change records as well as supporting the initiatives to improve the Change Management process.
