Support Consultant/SME MDM Cologne
Project:
Our client is looking for someone to Support cluster application partner MDM as an Experienced support consultant, you will be acting as subject matter expert for MDM
Skills:
Technical:
- ABAP 4 (OO Basics)
- LSMW
- Reports, dialog programming (basics), USER EXITS; BADI; enhancements points etc.
- Interfaces
- ALE/IDOC
- Technical documentation (writing programming specifications, check technical documents)
Customizing:
- Customizing master data partner
- Master data vendor; customer; business partner
- ALE Customizing (Distribution model, reduced message types, change pointer writing)
- SEPA, Banking DATA; IBAN
Classification:
- Basics, class system
Application knowledge partner master data (process knowledge):
- SME (Subject Matter Expert)
- Basics transaction Xk01/XK02/XK03/XK07 Create and Change Vendor
- Basic transaction XD01/XD02/XD03/XD07 create and change Customer
- Address data maintenance (ADRMAS -> ADRC; ADR*, communication data)
- Create and Change Banking Data (FI01/FI021/FI03)
- Basic knowledge SEPA MANDATA, IBAN
- Basic knowledge Business Partner (BUP01/BUP02/BUP3)
- Basics (MDG) desirable
Incident management:
- SME (Subject Matter Expert)
- First Contact (Questions from 3rd party service provider, customer business people)
- Evaluation of solution(s) done by 3rd party service provider
Other:
- Basics knowledge SAP Solution Manager - Roles
- Implementation Manager; Tester/Test coordination; Implementation-Expert
- Microsoft Outlook
- Safe in negotiation and drawing conclusions
- Preferable experienced with Indian employees
- Project experience preferable
- Good self-organization and planning
- Implementation coordination (Tracking of activities)
