Job Description
* Maintain and operate the global and local IT infrastructure required by AGCS business needs conerning networks, data centres, server technologies
* Manage the IT infrastructure security requirements
* Work with the providers concerning capacity management and service management
* Ensure a timely resolution of IT infrastructure related support cases
* Facililate uninterrupted application availability and performance
* Ensure the continuous improvement of solution design and implementation process as well as the related support processes in cooperation with providers and other IT departments
* Participate in the innovation process
* Ensure the knowledge transfer inside and across teams
Must Haves
* 5-10 years of practical experience within infrastructure
* Technical skills on all infrastructures components (OS, Network, Storage, ...)
* ITIL skill
* Service management
Nice to Haves
* German languages skills
Contract Type: Contract - w/m
Start Date: 24.11.2014 or by agreement
Duration: 6 Months with extension
