IT Stream Lead/German/Trading/Capital Markets
About the role:
The Project Stream Lead is responsible for the management of the change management stream of this IT delivery project.
In particular this includes:
- Leading and controlling the change request life cycle: Initiation, analysis, offer, delivery, test to post implementation aligning its tasks closely with overall IT project as well as program management
- Impact analysis against the project parameters time, scope, quality and budget to be driven by the Stream Lead in close alignment with Project Management
- Support management of scope from project initiation to the project closing.
- Support of effective management of project and business risks.
- Support in budget and cost management of the project.
- Close cooperation with project management, local as well as near-shore teams.
Key Skills:
- Prospect needs to be qualified in applying project management methods (such as PMI or PRINCE 2).
- Several years of working experience in projects in the Capital Markets environments.
- Spanning Business Analysis, PMO and stream lead roles.
- Strong risk management and communication skills are essential.
- Focussed background in capital markets, products and processes as well as a strong understanding of market infrastructure.
- Strong Business Analysis and process engineering skills.
- Proven team lead/team management experience and strong Business Analysis skills required.
- Proficiency in English and German required. Additional languages are a plus.
- Functional background of trading systems, exchange landscape (continuous trading and/or broker systems) is of advantage.
Location:
The project sponsor and key contacts from business and IT management are located in Frankfurt/Main. The overall project organization is however distributed across Frankfurt (functional analysts) and Prague (development & test). The customers are based is various European locations. Occasionally, travelling might be required.
