Change Management Support, Workplace Program My client a global market leader in the Transportation industry are searching for 1-2 Change Management Support specialists, based in Berlin paying anything from ?550-?600 per day. -6 month rolling contract. Responsibilities; Pre-pilot:
- Develops detailed generic change impact assessment
- Reviews and updates generic training material (initial to be provided by HCL & Microsoft from their best-practice databases)
- Develops FAQ database
- Develops procedure-based content for the migration portal
During pilot:
- Educates Local Delivery Managers and Key Users on their role
- Supports key users with the tailoring of change impact assessments, training material and communication material
- Attends regular calls (small groups / 1:1s and all-Key User calls) with Key Users to keep them updated and answer questions
During full-migration:
- As per pilot for each migration. Roles to be split to support groups of key users, the split will depend on the migration phasing
- Ensure translation of all materials where required (translation to be done by external company and reviewed by LDMs)
Requirements;
- Work experience in a IT projects, PC rollout and deployment on international scale
- Track in change management expertise such as change management practices/tools, stakeholder management, training strategy, communication, organizational impact analysis
- International experience and intercultural competence
- Good knowledge of Project Management best practices
- Ability to deal with broad audience from executives to project management and business users
- Ability to operate in a global, matrix environment
- Availability to travel
- Positive and can-do attitude
- High customer service orientation
- High communication and presentation skills
- Business level English
