My client in Germany is urgently seeking a Configuration Manager (Design Data) engineer to join their team.The contract will start immediately and initially run until the end of the year. However the hiring manager has made it clear that a 6 month extension is likely so we fully expect this contract to last for 7+ months.
Responsibilities:
Primarily work as a Design Data engineer, tasks will include tooling implementation primarily and also executing Design Data tasks and methodologies.
You will also help with other Configuration Management tasks (secondary role), such as Storage Management, Document Management and Change Control.
Required experience:
- Configuration Management
- Subversion (SVN)
- Linux Shell, Perl or TCL
- Design Sync & HW Design knowledge
- CollabNet, Team Forge or ENOVIA very desirable
The rate varies depending upon experience but going as high as 55 EUR per hour you could easily earn 8,800 EUR per month and 61,600 EUR over the first 7 months over the contract (gross).
