Wir suchen derzeit einen Supplier Quality Manager für unseren Kunden in Ostwestfalen.As part of our customers philosophy, Supplier Quality Management secures the excellent quality of our suppliers. To further improve the quality of supplies, we want to enhance our supplier quality management during mass-production. Especially we will focus on root cause analysis and problem solving, in order to prevent any further failure repetition during mass-production.
Responsibility:
- Improvement initiatives on Yield / Repair Yield performance
- Quality methods e.g SPC, CpK FMEA,
- Root cause analyzes by use of 8D, 5why, Fishbone
- Manufacturing- and Quality-Process audit @ Tier1 and T2
- Improve productivity by good quality
- Manage quality escalation at the supplier
- Summarize working results in a meaningful and comprehensive way
- Work cross-functional with R&D, Quality, Operations, Purchasing, Logistics in Category Teams
Requirements:
- Supplier Quality Management focus
- Knowledge in usages of quality tools and methods.
- Technology competences in manufacturing processes (e.g. injection-molding, die-casting, sheet-metal, wire- harness, assemblies)
- Ability to pinpoint rout causes to quality issues based on a structural approach and experience
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Understand in detail technical drawings
- Ability to ask the “right” questions and strive for consistent failure elimination
- Get quality issues solved quickly and sustainable
- Degree in Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 to 7 year working experience in areas of supplier quality management
- Strong skills MS-Office tools (Excel, Power Point)
- Fluent English speaking skills
