For our client we are currenty looking for a Project Controller.Preparation of (financials for) reports (e.g. Flash Reports, Quarterly Reports …) and ensuring input from project leads
Supplying financial data including cash flow planning and deviation analysis until end of project, e.g. for medium term plan & forecast
Overview of all project payment milestones (past, present & future)
Improvement of the project controlling & planning process
Preparing of required commercial data for closings
Preparing and monitoring provisions (e.g. Licenses, Commitments, Servitudes) for licenses until end of project including reporting of changes
Support in the creation of commercial project documentation for audits, handover to Operations, etc.
Verification and if applicable adjusting of master project data within SAP
Verification of commercial project data, especially bookings, within SAP and if applicable preparing required forms for adjusting, e.g. rebooking of assets
Contact person for all project relevant SAP topics, e.g. creation and release of purchase requests; includes training new project members
Supporting of and reporting to commercial project director as well as point of contact for all commercial affairs
Implementation of central commercial guidelines in the projects
Support of interface between
claim management and project controlling
scheduling and project controlling
College Education (Business Administration or industrial engineering)
Relevant professional experience gained from at least two different job roles related to Project Controlling in high voltage, HVDC, infrastructure or construction industry (ideally with full lifecycle experience of projects)
Excellent communication (in German and English) and influencing skills, across the whole project irrespective of seniority, organizational or contractual boundaries
Experience working with large contractor organizations and performing effectively in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural environment
Independent and structured method of working
Experience & IT skills in MS Office and SAP
High level of self-motivation
