For our client we are currenty looking for a Claim Manager.Support of claim identification
Enter or update claim relevant issues (e.g. status) into software
Support of claim evaluation and documentation (technical incl. time, commercial/regulation , contractual)
Track and trace documentation (in software)
Document management (all correspondence with suppliers, internal correspondence)
Support in coordination of correspondence (also writing and handover of relevant parts)
Value Check according to approval limits and coordinate approval according to risk management handbook
Share lessons learned with other claim managers
Relevant professional experience gained from at least two different job roles related to Claim Management in high voltage, HVDC, infrastructure or construction industry (ideally with full lifecycle experience of projects)
Excellent communication (in German and English) and influencing skills
Experience working with large contractor organizations and performing effectively in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural environment
Independent, accurate and structured method of working
Experience & IT skills in MS Office and Think Project
High level of self-motivation
