Implementation Coordinator (m/w) - Mobilfunk

Our client a global leading telecommunication provider is searching for an Implementation Coordinator to start with immediate effect.

This challenging role is based in Frankfurt and is offered with an initial 6 month contract.

Key Tasks:

• Cost efficient coordination of all internal and external resources which are required for the installation and integration of network elements in the telecommunications area incl. all other stakeholders.
• Act as a direct operational interface towards the customer and all involved subcontractors during the execution of all the relevant roll out project activities
• To act as customer interface offering additional services quickly and flexibly and to generate new or additional business.
• Interception and steering of construction progress with reference to meetings ones deadlines, costs and quality specifications as well as responsibility for internal inventory control.
• First contact person with regard to customer escalations and therefore warranty of outstanding customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this position you will have the following:

• As the Implementation Coordinator you will have a good knowledge regarding construction activities during installation of telecommunication network and components.
• Project management skills(time, cost, quality)
• Basic knowledge in the field of quality management is highly beneficial
• Experience of subcontractor management, coordination of internal resources and with interaction with customers within the telecommunications area and their business situation

Due to the nature of the role, a command of the German language is required (spoken and written).
