Quality Field Engineer - Munich




Manning Global, is urgently looking for a Quality Field Engineer Munich for our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, to be based in Munich on contract position.

Main Responsibilities:

Organize and perform Quality Checks for Microwave, Point of Concentrations(POC) and LTE rollout

Establish a ticket system and Monitor the status of the clean up process

Monitor the subcontractor to clean up all quality faults according the lead times

Organize the regular reporting to the responsible Quality Managers about the quality check status and supplier quality performance

Assist the Quality Manager in communicating/improvement actions with subcontractors

Instruct and train the subcontractor according the technically requirements from Huawei and customer

Perform subcontractor(qualification) training on site and in-house(classroom)

Organize and perform the subcontractor quality performance investigation and reporting according the on site results. Perform timely and effective handling on the Quality Management during the engineering delivery process to minimize the impacts, like First Time Right(Subcontractor Management)






Skill requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering.

Knowledge of quality engineering, mainly on civil work and technically installation area, experience; 5+ years

Ability to coach, support and train subcontractors with regards of technically requirements, First Time Right and best practice

Telefonica Germany experience is preferred

High flexibility and up to 80% business trips scheduled
