Title: Microsoft Office Migration Expert
Skills:
- Knowledge of Office Migration Planning Manager (OMPM) as well as supporting users to convert incompatible Office 2003 documents to 2010 including templates would be most useful.
- Implementation of Office Migration Planning Manager toolkit (OMPM).
- Scope is Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word.
- Coordinate the installation and running across regional file Servers.
- Scan for conversion/macro issues.
- Report and analyse the data.
- Run automatic conversions.
- Offer and fix conversion issues not addressed automatically.
- Review and modify standard PowerPoint and Word templates.
- Provide consultancy on Office Group Policies.
- Support test of Office package deployment.
- Provide short-term, hyper-care support during after go-live.
The client has an environment has 13,000 users & over 16 countries.
German speaking is a very strong plus, but he/she would consider a candidate that doesn't speak it.
