Infrastructure Manager - Project Management
Darwin Recruitment have an urgent opportunity on a contract basis for 6 months with possible extensions. We are urgently searching for an Infrastructure Manager who has experience on a greenfield project to set up a new warehouse distribution center by project managing the infrastructure rollout.
Main duties include:
To set up a warehouse distribution centre and introduce all relevant infrastucture to make that an operating facility introduce technology
project management of setting up VM's, Virtual Servers, IT helpdesks, WLANs, Cabling faciliities, CAT5 Fibre, Networking including setting up internal networks all within an ITIL framework.
Vendor Management with service providers
Require skills
Excellent Project Management experience.
Experience of setting up a Warehouse Distribution centre from scratch.
ITIL Framework experience
Understanding of Infrastructure elements including Storage, WAN, LAN, WLAN, Telephone,VMWare, MS Windows, Avaya, Cisco, Linux.
German speaking is essential for this position.
