System Engineer OMC - Ein System Engineer (m/w) wird dringend in Düsseldorf für unseren Kunden, eine internationale Firma im Bereich Telekommunikation, gesucht.

Tätigkeiten:
- Bedarfsanalyse, Konzeption und Realisierung von OSS Solutions
- Projekt Management für Release- und Implementierungsprojekte
- Solution- und Life Cycle Management eingeführter OSS Solutions:
- Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Technisches Vertragsmanagement, Abstimmung von SLA/OLA
- Angebotserstellung und Abstimmung von Anforderungen mit internen und externen Kunden und Dienstleistern
- 3rd Level Support für interne Kunden/User
- Entwicklung und Erstellung von Testprozeduren und Abnahmeprozeduren/Tests
- Steuerung der Lieferanten für die jeweilige OSS Solution
Qualifikationen:
- Technikerausbildung und mind. 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung oder Dipl. Ing. und mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in mind. einem der Netztechnologien (GSM, UMTS, LTE, Transport- und IP Datennetze) sowie im Umgang mit IT-Systemen und Technologien
- Idealerweise im Umgang mit OMC Systemen (Nokia, Ericsson, Tellabs, ZTE, Huawei)
- Analytische denkend, Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit, sicheres authentisches Auftreten
- Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Manning Global, is urgently looking for a System Engineer OMC for our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, to be based in Dusseldorf, Germany, on a contract basis.
Start: ASAP.
Number of positions: 1
Contract Type: 3-6months rolling
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:

Analyzing requirements, designing and implementing OSS Solutions
-
Project management for release and implementation projects
-
Solution and Life Cycle Management of launched OSS Solutions
-
Analyzing and optimizing business processes
-
Technical Contract management, coordination of SLA/OLA
-
Creating offer and collaborating requirements with internal and external customers and service providers
-
3rd level support for internal customers/users
-
Developing and creating test procedures and acceptance procedures/tests
-
Controlling the supplier of OSS Solutions
Qualifications:
-
Technician training and min. 8 years working experience or Bacheler/Master degree with min. 5 years working experience

Very good knowledge in at least one of the network technologies (GSM, UMTS, LTE, transport and IP data networks) as well as in dealing with IT systems and technologies

Ideally, very good knowledge of dealing with OMC systems (Nokia, Ericsson, Tellabs, ZTE, Huawei)

Analytical thinking, initiative, strong communication skills and the ability to work in teams, secure authentic appearance

Fluent German and English
