Business Analyst (SimCorp) - Frankfurt - English Speaking Company - Excellent Package
Our client is a world leading financial organisation.
This role will be very varied and you will be involved in projects across the entire Investment Management business including Front, Middle and Back Office across both business and IT Functions. Initially the role holder will be managing a large greenfield project so will be responsible for managing various workstreams. Additionally they need someone who has a strong understanding of different asset classes
Additionally you will have strong Buy Side experience from working for another Asset Management client for a number of years and good understanding of most of Fund Accounting, Cash Processing, Investment Reporting, Trade Settlement and Reconciliation functions. Having strong Simcorp experience is also beneficial as well as technical understanding of databases and ability to navigate the data structure via SQL queries.
Skills Required:
- 6-10 years experience as business analyst
- Bachelor or master degree. Not a specific type of major or minor required.
- Must have experience with best-in-class methods, tools and techniques for elicitation and documentation of internal and external client needs and associated requirements.
- This includes use case modelling, business process modelling, and formal requirements traceability techniques.
- You must have experience in requirements analysis techniques, such as workshop facilitation.
- Keep projects on track
- You must be able to analyze client requirements, monitor project progress, manage issues and risks, identify potential roadblocks and keep projects on track.
- Knowledge of SCD or any other asset management software.
- Documentation
- You must also have prior experience producing detail-level functional or operational requirement documentation and conducting inspections of required documents and quality reviews.
- As well, the job holder must leverage his/her industry domain experience to assist in challenging and prioritizing the business and client requirements.
- Any SQL experience would be a benefit
- Must be able to speak fluent English, German would be a plus
