Senior RF Design Engineer - Contract - Munich
Optimus Search are currently working with a leading consultancy to recruit an experienced RF design engineer to be based in Munich.
You will be responsible for design and development of Doherty RF Power Amplifiers in GaN and LDMOS technologies
Experience
- Excellent knowledge of ADS and AWR design and layout tools (EM simulations, Harmonic balance and System Level Simulations)
- Experience with RF power measurements including test and tune of reference circuits for customer specific applications (VNA sweeps, pulsed CW measurements, AM/AM and AM/PM measurements)
- Some experience and working knowledge of DPD applied to RF power amplifiers
- Matlab knowledge would be beneficial.
