Manpower Planner - English and German language Speaker/English language speaking business working environment
Summary Overview:
- to support the line management and Controlling in planning manpower resources
Key accountabilities:
- Maintain the costs of manpower per organisational unit in G-OPS per site, in terms of history, spend rates and future planning (up to 3 years in synch with the Long Term Plan).
- Assess productivity measures for the organisational units
- Identify released resources after project closure for reassignment
- Advise line management in terms of current and future costs for manpower, along with productivity data
- Support division heads to manage the global manpower budget
- Convert effort/manyear planning in to FTE and heads, establish forecast for recruitment ramp-up
- Analyse and identify variations from plan and propose countermeasures
- Work closely with HR and Controlling
Required Skills:
- Experience in manpower planning
- Excellent ability for accurate work with figures
- Very good communication skills including at Director level
- Excellent Know-How and experience with Controlling Tools (SAP, Excel)
- Good knowledge of IFRS and HGB (local GAAP)
- Good technical understanding and IT knowledge
- Good understanding of the Client businesses
- Excellent German and English language skills, written and spoken
- Analytical and process-oriented functioning
- Excellent moderation, presentation and negotiation skills
- Experienced in working in multinational companies and teams
- Own initiative, self-organised, problem solving/oriented working manner
- Minimum 10 years working experience Controlling or HR experience, ideally within IT Operations Professional experience in multinational companies
