Order Status Coordinator
For our key client we are recruiting for a Order Status Coordinator for a role in Cologne.

Responsibilities:
Controlling of after specific criteria defined tickets regarding current alarm and work status, current responsibility, documentation and ticket status
Updating and correction of work status and information in the tickets
Dispatching of tickets to the responsible department and checking of the current work status of the responsible department
Active obtaining of status updates from the responsible department
Identification of done work orders and closing of the referencing tickets
Close collaboration with the problem management
Administration of the ticket system and other internal and external tools of the Service Desk
Active communication with the customer
Controlling of the ticket handling regarding process conformity
