Beschreibung
Task:Support for the business requests related to the SAP EU application portfolio and across the SAP modules SCM, EWM, CRM. Provide sufficient information for the request to make an initial informed decision (based on Scope, Value, Resources, Costs, Timing, Risks) regarding process, methods, tools and information required to achieve business goals/objectives.
Requirements (Must have):
? Must have evidence of a previous role in the related areas of SAP projects.
? Very good experience in at least one of the SAP modules SCM, EWM or CRM and good knowledge of the other two modules.
? Will have demonstrable expertise in the technology.
? Project management skills for id and access project phases and in case of smaller enhancements and change requests project management skills for all phases until implementation.
? Very good English language skills
Nice to have:
? May have relevant and appropriate certification.
? Business knowledge about parts service management, specifically for FCSD (Ford Customer Service Division) EU
? German language skills
