Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Bluefish Communications, an IT consultancy and Professional Services consultancy, requires the services of an experienced Subject Matter Expert to assist our client, a major international bank, with the transition of it's fixed line and mobile services within 28 countries.
The role is to provide support for the Regional Managers in the rollout of Genesis Fixed Voice services, and the transition period is predicted to last 18 months, with this role being predicted to last a minimum of 12 months.
The desired candidate will needs some knowledge of fixed voice services and contracts, as well as the responsibilities listed beneath-
- Advise Global and Local Transition Managers on subject matter expert skills and experiences
- Understand and communicate internal processes and requirements
- Review existing fixed voice contracts and support creation of local service agreements
- Represent the project in area of responsibility (all relevant countries in the region)
- Support and coordinate transition and the information flow between Local and Global Transition Managers
- Steer local transition teams
- Assist during implementation of managed fixed voice services
- Identify risks, plan risk responses and mitigations
