Background in Aerospace, manufacturing, automotive or comparable industry Experience in concurrent transformation integrating business and IT Deep understanding of major business and IT migrations, including understanding of master data transformation Capability to create detailed migration concepts/plans highly independently, integration heterogeneous business and IT functions Experience in planning, organizing and executing Go-Live-Support-systems Pro-active, bold way of working to drumbeat and integrate heterogeneous stakeholder landscape Willingness to take-over operational tasks
role of consultant: Support deployment planning, ensure alignment w. business experts and stakeholders Support client deployment lead in administrative and content-wise deployment preparation, especially in creation of detailed cut-over planning Support creation of After-Go-Live support system including issue treatment - prepare hand-over to Airbus
