For following duties we are searching for a SAP AMS Supporter (m/f):- Deal with tickets according to agreed KPIs
- Deal with change requests and consulting for the customer
- Support current SAP roll out project
- Participation on calls with customer
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- Certification(s) for SAP SD or at least 5 year experience within SAP SD, SAP MM/WM
- Languages: German mandatory, English
- Proficient knowledge in complex SAP SD/JIS projects to provide specific deliverables within the SAP industry solution Automotive (DIMP)
- Proficient knowledge in SAP MM/WM modules as well as within KANBAN processes
- Proficient ABAP knowledge to be able to analyse issues and perform root coause analysis
- Has a deep background of logistic processes for automotive supply plants - inbound
social factors (must)
- Structured approach during troubleshooting
- Communicative function
- Inured to stress
- Readiness to adjustment to a complex field
