Project Description
My client iscurrently implements a new broadband remote access server (BRAS) platform in its fixed access network.
In this context we are looking for support for our test team.
Profile Description
- Support of Test Team
- Responsible for test execution
- Support in creating project specific test cases
- Ability to create the lab setup and possible scenarios according to the design specifications
- Verification of test results for test executions executed by the vendor
Detailed Description and Responsibilities
- Minimum job experience in telecommunication business >3 years
- Broad view on existing fixed access network technologies
- Knowledge on signalling flow between DSLAM, Aggregation, BRAS und Core Devices
- BRAS functionality in ISP networks
- Detailed knowledge regarding the following protocols: BGP, MPLS, ISIS, L2TP, PPPoE, Radius
- Independent work style, we expect a lot own initiatives
- Good English knowledge, oral and written
Additional Qualifications we are looking for:
- We preferably look for candidates with knowledge in the area of Lawful Interception & IPTV
- Ideal candidate should have strong communication skill
- and experience with standard test management systems
- Experience with Huawei and/or Cisco CLI
- Good English knowledge, oral and written
