Senior Manufacture Test Consultant
My client a global leading ICT company is looking for a Senior Manufacture Test Consultant. You will be in charge of the manufacture testing solution R&D for the OTN products, new communication technology standards and test methods research and automatic test system design work.
Your responsibilities include:
- Build test strategies and schemes of OTN products.
- Design BIST infrastructure for OTN products.
- Analyze test data by statistic methods such as 6 sigma. Improve test strategies, test plans and ATE to enhance test
- Quality (coverage and isolation) and reduce total return ratio.
- Response for searching the newest diagnosis and test technology in the world, and study the low-cost, high quality, high throughput test method for ATE application.
- Research the theory and schemes of OTN test instrument. Set up the infrastructure of instrument and guide the development and debugging..
Requirements & Qualifications (domain specific, partial qualifications taken into account)
- Be familiar with design principles for testability, test coverage and testability analysis of technical work experience;
- Be familiar with the testing standards on the optical communication area. Good sense on the prior technology in testing area worldwide;
- Be familiar with OTN products, interrelated test standards and test technologies;
- Minimum 5 years automatic test system design and development experience in OTN field;
- Full knowledge on the modulation and receive techniques in 100G coherent optical communication area. Be accomplished in the modulation principles and the testing solutions of these techniques;
- engaged in chip BIST design, system DFT design, familiar with the design process and test solutions;
- with chip-level, system-level fault failure model analysis, test coverage analysis capabilities;
- with system-level design for testability experience: such as reliability testing, fault diagnosis, self-test technology, test system simulation/emulation instrument;
