for a Project Lead IT Service Management (f/m)
Project environment
A Swiss Bank. The project goal is to elaborate aligned IT Service Management (model based on business needs, pilot in Asia). The scope of the project is to elaborate in dephth during feasibility phase. Key aspects are to describe Interface Business/IT and link to sound definition of understandable Business services. Furthermore it is to define Service Management organization, team and staffing.
Tasks
This mandate is a typical project management role. Therefore the Project Lead has to:
• Manage project stakeholders.
• Manage communication.
• Manage project team.
• Manage project risk and project schedule.
• Manage the project budget and the project conflicts.
• Manage the project delivery.
Requirements
• Equivalent IPMA B/C or PMP certificated.
• Focus is on project management skills, in particularly communication and information behaviour, conflict management, executive behaviour, leadership and stakeholder management.
• Good knowledge and understanding of contract documents (incl. SLA)
• Sound, generalistic banking know-how and experience, background in Banking-IT is an advantage.
• Readiness to travel required as the pilot shall be in Singapore. If travelling will be necessary will depend on the outcome of the feasibility phase.
• Fluent in German and English (oral and written).
Workload: October/ November 2014: 100%; December 2014 – April 2015: 80%
