• Structuring of the Master Data Management Program
• Counterpart of Functional Expert to drive the soft skill aspects!
• Experience with master data governance
o Roles & responsibilities
o Processes (master data lifecycle, master data quality, master data security)
o Definition of Organizational structures and Organizational Transformation
• Experience regarding standardized procedure models
• Experience with the integration aspects of master data management
o Organizational change
o Definition and alignment of the change management processes with other streams
o Definition of well-defined process interfaces
o Definition and alignment of a MDM support concept
o Managing of change requests
o Alignment with Information Technology
o Communication to stakeholders
• Experience regarding the definition of the MDM program organization
• Experience with the definition of standards
• Experience with central terminology definition and alignment with other stakeholders
• Experience with master data structures in SAP system landscape (ERP, SRM, CRM, SRM, HCM)
• Knowledge about tools used for master data management (e.g. ERP standard, SAP MDM, SAP MDG)
• Ability to operate in a multi-national program environment
• Standing to challenge existing concepts and to relieve the stream leader regarding concept design, alignment and communication
• Command of the German and English language
• Strong communication skills and persuasive power
• Consolidation of stream related documentation and preparation of management presentations
