Project Manager and Requirements Analyst (f/m)
to prepare and deliver the development strategy for the migration of a legacy system onto the core strategic architecture.

Assignment details
start date: 20th October 2014 or sooner
Initial foreseen duration: 2 months
Location: Frankfurt/London (50:50)


Project Management
Defining and agreeing project scope, outputs, and timescale, quality and cost criteria to ensure business requirements are understood and agreed
Defining and establishing the project structure, roles and teams to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
Planning, managing, monitoring and reporting on the work of project teams to deliver the outputs to the agreed timescale, quality and cost criteria
Ensuring projects comply with methodology and governance
Deliver projects though agile & lean methodologies
Managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits to enable the achievement of project objectives

Requirements Analysis
Act as the primary conduit between the development teams and knowledge holders
Collect information from the all sources and compares it to the information obtained from other sources
Analyse this information and document the findings
Use information gathered to establish requirements for the project development team
Collect feedback to validate against actual needs

Relationship Management
Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable the achievement of project objectives
Integrating all parties into the project and managing them via an integrated delivery plan
Assembling, managing, motivating and coaching project staff and teams to deliver agreed project and personal objectives
Ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of their team

Experience in complex project management and IT service delivery within the financial technology sector
Understanding of current regulatory reporting environment including Mifid and EMIR
A proven track record of relationship/stakeholder management & the ability to prioritise competing demands
Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to interact with stakeholders and directly influence them
Strong analytical & communication skills
Ability to work independently
Good judgment, tact and discretion
Fluent English & German mandatory
