Deliverables
• IT Migration: Analyze BRS (Business Request Specification) and draft ARS (Application Requirement Specification): There are around 250 BRSs, which need to be analyzed. Where necessary, one or more ARSs need to be drafted.
• Draft a Run-Books for Operational Go-Live (FGL & OGL): Produced detailed description of all steps in timely order indicating dependencies of the entire migration, incl. pre- and post-migration for the Go-Live weekend of the GEL and OGL.
• Preparation and execution of the FGLs and OGLs (Run-Books).
• Migration controlling: Produce Concept and execute of the migrations-controlling for FGL and OGL.
• Implement transaction canons: Depending on the results of the BRS analysis (see point 1) and based on the implemented ARSs there might the need to implement, test and provide to Operations trx canons.
