Functional support/administration for a PRPC application around Order Entry(Order Processing in terms of troubleshooting, administration, administrative configuration, issue prioritization
Organizational interfaces: Business, IT, project organization (application rollout ongoing)
Necessary Key Skills:
Min. 3-5 years experience in Telecoms Industry
Pega PRPC Certified System Architect , CSA
Stakeholder Management skills (communication, orchestration)
Fast learning of new customer context (business, project, landscape)
Fluent German speaking. Mature English skills if possible
