Project Management Support (German Speaking/Project management)
Project Management Support preparing decisions, monitoring the programme, coordinating the teams and:
- Supervision of Key Performance Indicators (eg Financials, Progress)
- Overall budget monitoring
- Overall Programme schedule
- Programme Risk management & monitoring (via risk Matrix)
- Project governance, policies and processes
- Cockpit view, managing, tracking and control
- Supervision of milestone management
- Liaise with line organization, eg legal, finance etc
- Committee & Workshop preparation and organization, especially
- Steering Committee and RACE
Qualifications/Skill Profiles
- Project management and Financials
- Very good understanding of the Business Case calculation
- English and German fluent in written and spoken
