JOB SUMMARY
Currently, we are looking for a Senior Web Application Developer who would create user information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Internet/intranet applications and who would also work closely with and report to the Senior Principal Engineer/CTO and support them in managing the team and work flow by leading and coaching team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Defines site objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.
- Designs and develops user interfaces to Internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests.
- Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives.
- Integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
- Creates multimedia applications by using authoring tools.
- Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
- Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
- Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University/College graduate in software engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience is required- Excellent knowledge and experience of relevant programming languages and methodologies:
1. Browser Technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, AJAX and CSS
2. Database Technologies: MySQL
3. Server-side languages: PHP, Python or JAVA FrameWork (Struts/Spring/iBATIS)
4. Familiar with Server Operation system : Linux, BSD
5. Tech Knowlege : Object-Oriented Programming(OOP), Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Multimedia Content Development, Software Debugging,
- Excellent knowledge of software architecture and design- Very Good database management skills, including knowledge of R-DBMS (especially, MySQL)
- Excellent Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving skills
- Self-motivated and willing to participate in and explore many areas of software development
- Thorough and dilligent with tasks and deadlines
- Excellent people management skills, with experience in leading a software development team
- Excellent project management and documentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of current market trends and technological development
- Very good level of written and spoken English is preferred
