Our client is a division of a leading automotive manufacturer and develops and markets a range of mobility solutions in 26 cities throughout the globe. To keep pace with the rapid growth of this division, our client is looking to hire a new development team tasked with developing and deploying new features across all architecture tiers within the billing department.
Role: Software Architect (m/f) J2EE
Tasks:
* Architect and design software specifications for the development of new features across all architecture tiers (DB, business logic, UI)
* Working closely with product owner and business stakeholders on requirements analysis, software and architecture design
* Ensure documentation of developed functionality/architecture/modules
* Working within a Scrum development process
* Contribute to architectural concepts of the entire module and advise on separation/optimisation of functional domains
* Contribute to divisions overall software strategy and roadmap
Skills:
* more years of experience as Java software architect ideally in billing, eCommerce or finance projects
* Extensive knowledge of J2EE including product architecture and design
* Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Test Driven Development
* Extensive Knowledge in Java6/7, UML, Gradle or Maven, EJB and Webservices (REST)
* Knowledge of DB2, MySQL, Oracle or Prostgresql databases
* Knowledge in Front End development (Angular JS or Struts);
* Knowledge in single-sign-on (SSO)
* Fluent English and excellent German
* Communicative and creative personality who enjoys working in multicultural and agile development teams
Start: as soon as possible, latest 1.10.14
