Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2655 for a Business Analyst (f/m) Software / End User Experience.Project environment
The ongoing user experience and functionality solution design and enhancement of the global banking internal support portal, which is a high traffic and multilingual Drupal 7.x site, accessed by over 50,000 bank staff Worldwide per month, 24/7.
Tasks
Support the existing Business Analyst team with the ongoing requirement definition, refinement, analysis and solution design of the banking internal support portal. Specifically:
• Determine functional and UI requirements by understanding end user needs.
• Analyzing requirements, inclusive of cost/benefits, dependencies and impact.
• Constructing workflows and diagrams.
• Understanding system capabilities and assessing feasibility.
• Writing design specifications and modifications.
• Syndication with user population, operations, suppliers and internal management.
• Establishing logical and achievable phases of work in an agile fashion and recommending project milestones.
• Engage in agile work sprints together with development.
• Define test cases and use cases.
• Conduct internal testing.
• Participate in post implementation reviews.
• Contribute to team efforts as needed.
Deliverables
Requirement definitions, design specifications, business case, project plan and milestone proposal, effort estimations.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years Enterprise-Level business analysis experience working on end user focused support delivery platforms and EUX design principles.
• Experience of working in an agile environment.
• Demonstrative ability to write clear, concise and complete design specifications.
• Ability to analyze systems and think creatively to come up with innovative solutions.
• Equally effective working conscientiously on his/her own as well as when collaborating with others or the team as a whole.
• Ability to work with and create wire frame designs.
• Articulate in process workflows.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Familiarity with Drupal and jQuery is a plus.
• English language – German would be beneficial.
