Für unseren Kunden suchen wir mehrere erfahrene Project Manager (Level 1/ Level 2/Level3) (m/w) Einsatzort: MünchenLaufzeit: 6-12 Monate (Option auf Verlängerung)
Start: Immediate - 4 weeks
Job Description
Responsible for project managing provisioning of networks and coordinate with other groups in implementing data / voice services. Responsible for the final installation of circuits and data services He Should be aware of Telecom technology (VOIP, MPLS, LAN, IT Infrastructure, STM, Ethernet,TDM)
Duties: Organizational, Professional and Technical
• Team Management for the Provisioning (Order Management & Technical Provisioning) Team,
• Supervise orders for circuits like campus LAN ,DSL, Ethernet,WAN etc., with various vendors / carriers across the globe.
• Maintain critical information in the data services database.
• Coordinate with internal groups, vendors/suppliers, and customers to implement orders in a timely manner.
• Act as escalation point for the Provisioning group
• Coordinate scheduling technicians and work with Customer Network Implementation Engineers.
• streamlining service delivery for greater customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports Attend weekly customer calls
• Foster team work across other groups within Service Delivery like Project Management, Customer Engineering, and outside Service Delivery like Global Operations Centre, Access Management, Sales, Backbone Engineering
Desired Skills and Experience ( 3 to 4 years in Telecom industry )
• Comprehensive verbal and written communication skills
• Able to contribute to the work group as a team player at global level
• Working experience at global level on provisioning/commissioning circuits.
• Customer / Stakeholder Management skills.
• Teamwork and ability to coordinate with internal groups and vendors.
• Project management skill
Qualification :
1. Graduate with good comprehending skills in English & local language
2. Basic understanding of Telecom Technologies
3. Good understanding service delivery process
Experience level
1. Project manager level 1 ( 2-3 Years ) ( managing simple project, service request, assisting other project manager )
2. Project manager Level 2 ( 3-5 Years ) Years ( able to manage mid complex project , multiple sites , higher value project , work independently as project manager)
3. Project manager Level 3 ( 7-10 years) years ( able to deliver complex projects , multisite, multiple technology , and Multiple project of higher value at the same time leading to program manager capability
