Wir suchen für unseren Kunden einen erfahrenen Manager für folgenden Einsatz:Project description:
- Support for infrastructure project management in the following areas:
- Overall end-to-end project management of multiple small infrastructure projects
- Global/regional rollout management to support large ongoing infrastructure projects
- Assist with coordination of IT aspects for new sites / office relocations due to acquisition
- Assist with setup of Infrastructure PMO (new function)
- Support in evaluation of vendor proposals in running RfP processes Support of the Project Management
- According to customers internal software development lifecycle governance
- With the business reasons/needs/benefits and the quality of the delivered 'product' in focus
- Development and continuous update of project plans including milestones
- Preparing status updates and presenting (including to steering committees consisting of various management levels) Support of the Risk Management
- Monitoring of project status and risks
- Early identification and prioritization of project risks
- Evaluation of risks in terms of probability and impact
- Development of mitigation measures
Role/Skill/Task:
- Project Manager
- Technology Cluster: Syst./ Infra. Cons. (HP SW, Web-Solutions)
- Cultural awareness (Asia, LATAM etc.) - (nice to have)
- IT infrastructure (excellent, > 5 years)
- Presentation skills (PPT, Presenting to various management levels) (excellent, > 5 years)
- Project management (excellent, > 5 years)
- Working in virtual teams (excellent, > 5 years)
- PMO setup (nice to have)
- Industry specific skills: Understanding of chemical/pharmaceutical sector (nice to have)
Language skill: English, German (Both business fluent)
