I am currently looking for a Buyer of Electrical and Instrumentation for Oil & Gas Plant to work in Munich Area, Germany, for 6 months + extensions. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client. I was wondering, if it could be interesting for you.
The ideal candidate must have the following skills:
Profile:
Experienced Buyer of Electrical and Instrumentation for Oil & Gas Plant
Tasks:
- Management of international suppliers, contract management
- Creation and implementation of procurement strategies
- Commercial management of the entire procurement process from the tender selection to ordering issues and claim management
- Close cooperation with the upstream and downstream interface partners
- Reporting to Project Procurement Manager and Head of Material
Qualification:
- Degree in industrial engineering and/or in Business Administration
- Several years of professional experience as a procurement specialist in the plant construction, preferably exactly in area of Electrical and Instrumentation for Oil & Gas Plant
- In-depth knowledge of SAP MM and MS Office
- Very good English language skills
- self-confidence and ability to influence people and assertiveness
- high level of teamwork, dedication and self-organization
Location: Munich Area, Germany
Start: November 2014
Duration of this freelance contract: 6 months (with option of extension)
Rate: hourly rate in EUR, all-in
