Business Analyst / Online Banking (m/f)We are looking for a Business Analyst in the Online Banking field.
Location: Frankfurt a. Main / Italy (still to be defined)
Duration: ASAP 6+ month
Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Responsible for defining business requirements in partnership and collaboration with the business and obtaining sign-off
• Ensures the creation of supporting documentation e.g. Project Requirement Document, Terms of Reference
• Liaises with programme / project managers, clients, and other stakeholders as appropriate as the business/functional counterpart for solution identification
• Reviews business case(s) outlining cost impacts and value drivers of proposed solutions
• Reviews feasibility studies and estimates
• Responsible for defining testing requirements together with the QA & Testing Team as well as the clients
• Supports the design and conceptualization of new business solution options and articulates identified impacts and risks
• Responsible for Quality Assurance of project deliverables
• Supports the prioritization of change requests
Experience/Exposure:
• Relevant experience in Business Analysis and Financial Services, better if in Online Banking platforms
• Broad knowledge of related business solutions in the marketplace
• Management experience and ability to lead and coach
• Maturity and persuasiveness to engage in business dialogue and support stakeholders
• Knowledge of Quality Management tools and techniques
• Well-developed analytical and problem solving experience
• Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrixed organization
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English (written/verbal)
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office products
• Excellent Powerpoint presentation preparation skills
