Change Manager.
Change Manager needed to join a new Global IT Infrastructure Transformation/Upgrade project based in Frankfurt.
My customer is currently upgrading their IT workplace environment and requires a people related change manager to promote this change.
Skills:
- Previous experience in IT projects, PC rollout and deployment on international scale
- Change management expertise eg management practices/tools, training strategy, communication, organizational impact analysis
- International experience and intercultural competence
- Stakeholder management
