Task:Customer is working on a project "Go East: Turkey", for which additional support is required. The vision for this project would be to bring various Telco/IT services to Turkey under the customers brand. According to the requirements below, we are looking for a skilled candidate for the execution of ?Go to market strategies in Turkey?. The candidate should be a senior experienced person in the area of Telecom/IT services and should deep expertise in sales, new business development and partnering. Additionally, the candidate should have had a sustained relationship with Turkish telecommunication providers at the C-Level as well as interaction with other stakeholders like the Turkish Telecommunication Regulatory Office.
The deliverables/activities for this project would include:
? Concrete identification of ?Go-to-market strategies?
? Conducting and leading negotiations with partners and network operators
? Designing & implementing sales structures with partners and external service partners
? Implementation of distribution control systems with platforms, incentives, provisioning, planning
? Preliminary implementation of new Marketing & Sales strategies
Requirements (Must have):
- Telecommunications market (Specifically, providers in the Turkish market)
- Partnering & Business models in sales and marketing
- Sales concepts for mobile operators
- Project management
- English - Spoken and written
- Turkish - Spoken and written (mother tongue)
- Reporting
- Performance security in any situation (management level)
- Resilience and result orientation
- Strong negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel

Ideal candidate would possess an MBA degree from a well-known Turkish or international university.
The services/activities are expected to be performed over the period of 01.09.2014 to 31.12.2014
An overall effort of 40 ? 60 man-days is expected for the aforementioned deliverables/ activities.
Location base will be in Istanbul, Turkey. However, the candidate would be expected to undertake several journeys to Germany to meet and synchronize with the project team based at customers headquarters.
