Task:Scope of the service is: A high customer visibility DC move to a different DC location, 2 Data Centres.
DC Consolidation and pilot the migration of 550 servers and 125 apps.
Define a project plan, for each account involved, than will maximize the goals established and minimize the risks (in cost and execution)
- Execute the action plan leveraging available internal and external resources, and managing them in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Report to the project?s management all status on project completion
- Determine major project risks and propose a mitigation plan for all of them
- Coordinate all internal and external resources to ensure there is a suitable technical solution to
consider for each account and a feasible execution plan
- Control in deep detail all cost expenses and manage the budget.

Risk assessment and mitigation plans updated and reported on time
High quality project management
High internal customer satisfaction
Nice to have:
PMI or Prince2 Certification
