For one of our clients we are looking for an Process Consultant for Cloud and Infrastructure (m/f) Project: Candidate will assess tools and ERP systems in specific process of cloud operation units of SAP for feasibility, pain points and improvement measures. Therefore a sound understanding of IT delivery and operations processes is necessary as well as the ability to judge on used architecture. The Candidate might also publish modified process in specific Format.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Good understanding of ITIL Standard. Very good technical understanding of tools used in business and IT operation (SAP ERP Systems and Portfolio). Good IT architecture understanding. Process management and documentation skills. Excellent MS Project know how. Excellent command of English. Outstanding communication skills
begin: 01.10.2014 duration: to 31.12.2014, with possible extension (47 PT.), 30h per week
