CCUP Consultants (m/w) - on side consultant with windows
(XP & 7) knowledge and remedy knowledge
Haupteinsatzort: Unterschleißheim
Laufzeit: mind. 3 Monate (Option auf Verlängerung)
Start: Ende September 2014
IHRE AUFGABEN
- Specialist level with Windows (XP&7) knowledge and remedy knowledge.
- Move infrastructure from Netinstal to SCCM
- Instal scripts for specific application to be used in SCCM
- Remedy support and monitoring (Windows XP and 7)
- scirpt testing
IHR PROFIL
Service Description:
- SW Pre-Quality Assurance
- SW Validation
- SW Quality assurance
- User Acceptance tests
- Administration of Test Laboratory
- PowerShell scripting for MS Windows 7 (basic)
T&D coordination role:
- Validate new requests provided by CCUP coordinators (definded SharePoint list)
- Check completeness of request anf if needed communicate with CCUP coordinators
- Decide if client can be virtual or Physical
- Create TTS ticket (email to Service Desk)
- Routing and coordination of test issues to the relevant teams
- Stock Management fortest devices, scheduling of test devices
- Initiate Client delete process based on agreed test schedule
Installation role:
- Tracking of requests in Sharepoint as agreed in the process
- Installation of physical cleint including peripherals and if needed software
- For virtual devices: software installation as required
