The Service Desk support candidate will be required to support Service Desk queue management of one business partner in Germany with high quality standards. Among the main tasks he/she will be expected to make sure service tickets will be routed to right solver group. This is based on a service level and priority which needs to be assessed case by case.
You will be a diligent professional that can work well under pressure, and has the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Fluent German skills are essential
