Contract: initial 6 months with the view to extend

Key responsibilities:
• Support application management during the project period
• Creation and maintenance
• Design and request of infrastructure
• Review of project documentations
• Support transition management
• Request eWorkplace deployment
• Various governance tasks

Essential experience:
• Proven work experience in L1, L2 Support
• E-Workplace knowledge: packaging, test and rollout processes
• Excellent coordination skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in an team environment
• Excellent communication skills – both German and English
• Financial services experience is a must
