Service Manager / Planner

Contract: initial 6 months with the view to extend

Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:
• Acting as a direct point of contact ensuring that all specific service requests, incidents, problems and escalations are dealt with appropriately
• Problem and Incident management ensuring that ensure SLA’s are achieved
• Ensure the company tools and information systems are utilized correctly and relevant information is provided
• Effectively monitor and manage Service Level Agreements and Operational Level
• Working closely with the Project Manager to oversee the introduction of new products, services or system upgrades
• Liasion between resources and different teams

It is essential to have the following skills and experience:
• 5 years xxperience in IT Service Management and Service Delivery
• 3 years experience working within an ITIL framework
• Broad knowledge of IT Software / Hardware and systems to be able to understand the inter-dependencies within service provision and anticipate problem areas
• Ability to operate in an international context considering diefferent time zones and cultures
• Strong relationship buildling and management skills
• Good teamwork / collaboration skills
• Fluent in English
