For one of our clients we are looking for an Procurement Project Management Officer english, French (m/f)

Responsibilities:
- Organize the collection and collation of data to support supplier management, funding, contract negotiation and event management, forecasting and escalation processes.
- Manage the yearly license inventory that includes the communication, instructions and guidelines for data gathering.
- Prepare the budget guidelines and instructions.
- Support the management, tracking and escalation of the day to day processes to ensure that all appropriate contract amendments, approvals, orders and payments associated with the global contracts are completed in accordance with the contract deadlines. ?
- Assist with the provision of cost breakdowns by the associated billing points and with the tracking and the escalation of any issues.
- Provide agreed information to the Suppliers regarding billing requirements.
- Liaise between the Supplier and Billing Point Contacts with the validation and correct distribution of renewal proposals etc.
- Support the contract negotiation process, working together with the Global Purchasing and Legal teams.

Core Competencies/ Knowledge Needed:
- Interpersonal Skills: Can work with internal “customers”, suppliers, peer group, subordinates and superiors. Respects, understands, and has empathy for others.
- Administration: Well organised.
- Communication: Delivers information clearly in both written and verbal form.
- Team working: Works effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding of the nature of global Software Contracts and licensing models is helpful.
- Contract & Supplier Management Knowledge: Understands the contract lifecycle and associated elements: Requirements gathering, AED, Contract Approvals, Allocation methods, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and payment processes.

Qualifications:
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience; ideally with IS Purchasing and/or Contract department, computing/information technology knowledge.
- English / French language skills
Experience:
- Ideally 3+ years in an administrative/support role working for a large global IS department, finance, contracts management or purchasing function.
