Beschreibung
- Build up, scale and administrate the enterprise RDBMS
- Own the whole database stack, from hardware top operating system to databases and communication between applications
- Consult teams to build high available databases with great redundancy
- Administration, monitoring and development of our database setup with the goal of uptime and high scalability
- Establishing the needs of users and monitoring security
- Developing, managing and setting up disaster and recovery plans
- Providing user feedback, training and coaching for developers
- Performance tuning, query optimization and troubleshooting
- B.S. / M.S. / PhD in computer science or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in RDBMS (Microsoft: 2005, 2008, 2012+) in large scale environment
- Best practices and very good ETL skills with massive data amount
- Excellent SQL writing skills (stored procs, functions, tables, views, partitions, triggers, indexes, constrains), other programming languages are a plus
- Knowledge of SQL Server tools (Profiler, SSMS, SAC, SCCM, PerfMon, DMVs, system procs)
- MCSE, MCDBA and MCT certification is a plus
