For our Client in the area of we search a Organizational Change Manager (OCM)Provide a quotation on supporting the organization during the transformation into a new Supply Chain Management process.
Tasks:
- Define Change Management Concepts & Methods
- Perform an Organizational Impact Analysis and develop a stakeholder management plan
- Define KPIs and guidelines to measure success of the change management activities
- Develop a Communication Strategy to major stakeholders
- Coaching of the clients stakeholders in specific cases
- Change Management Risk Assessment
- Perform a Capability Assessment and Identify training needs
- Develop the future organizational concept support the new supply chain processes
- Define required skill-sets, roles and responsibilities for the future organizational setup
- Define training and transition plans
