Location: Rzeszow or Kalisz (Poland)
Type of contract: Freelancer contract
Duration: 12+ months
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Resolving incidents/tickets
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Be a contributor to the creation of best practices through the identification of reusable project level assets
• Contribute to application support knowledge base
• Understand / Configure Ticket Management tool as per customer need
• Configure different dashboard for ticket monitoring etc.
• Manage customer communication, assuring timely status updates and issue resolution
Requirements:
• Experience in CATIA V4/V5 & VPM4
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
• Ability to deliver valuable and professional IT services to external clients.
• Solid time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize assigned tasks efficiently.
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of colleagues and front-line interaction with users at service desk
• Self-Motivator and willing to work in cross cultural environment and over multiple time zone
• Native Speaker/ Fluency in Polish is mandatory as its expected to interact with native Polish speaking end users
• Identify and advocate product supportability requirements
• Past experience as design engineer, functional analyst is preferred
